It’s been some time, but today I have a new How I wore it post for you! Summer arrived in Austria with a bang (aka 30+ degrees), but we had a handful of spring days before the first heat wave.
Today I want to show you KBShimmer’s It’s razz-ical, which I layered over Dior Sailor (a beautiful medium blue crème polish with a jelly-esque shine).
It’s razz-ical is a light magenta jelly packed with holographic glitter. I layered one coat over Dior Sailor to achieve a purple look. It’s razz-ical dries quickly and glossy, and the holographic glitters sparkle like crazy in sunlight.
I decided on a magenta/pink lip color to compliment the pink in It’s razzical, so I picked MAC Parrot Party, a matte, almost neon shade of pink.
What I really love about this manicure is the fact that in the sun, the pink color predominates, while in the shade the blue color of Dior Sailor is more visible. While I have to admit that It’s razz-ical is beautiful by itself, I love the fact that it is so versatile and can be layered over other colors and still be super pretty.
Now onto my outfit! I decided to keep the colors simple and pick nothing too colorful or extravagant. I did however, wear a necklace I recently purchased from ApreciouZ. Dana, who designs all the beautiful jewelry made of silk cords, has impeccable taste! I think it will be my go-to shop for great gifts (who’s to say I can’t gift myself?!).
The jacket I’m wearing was a gift from my mum. We recently went to Copenhagen together and it rained a whole afternoon, making sightseeing somewhat… wet, so we decided to go shopping instead. She found this comfortable yet elegant jacket from Six Ames.
For the rest, my outfit was rather simple: a t-shirt in a blue/purple color from Blacky Dress, jeans from 8MM, and my first pair of TOMS, which I absolutely love. There’s barely anything more comfortable than TOMS shoes, don’t you think?
