Hi there! Toda I’m showing you another part of the Catrice Luxury Lacquers Collection: the holographic polishes called “HOLOMANIA”. Instead of being duochrome or shimmers or iridescent, these actually are polishes with a holographic finish. Cool, eh?
Generally speaking, the formula of these was excellent. The polish dried quickly and applies like molten butter. Also they dried very glossy, which I find quite amazing for a holographic polish, as they usually dry to a somewhat satin finish.
I’m showing you two coats of each nail polish. The first picture showes the nail polish in indirect light (aka my lightbox), the second shows the polish photographed with flash.
ApHolo 7 is an iceblue holographic polish.
Holo in one is a teal (maybe sea foam green?) holographic polish.
Holo Manolo is a silver holographic polish. This one looks a little more sheer than the rest of the bunch, and I think I could’ve used a third coat.
Plum me up Scotty is a lavender hoolographic polish. I’ve said it in the past and I have to say it again: the names of a substantial number of Catrice polishes make me want to barf. Be creative, not idiotic?!
Did you get any of these or are you planning to buy any? Which one is your favorite? My favorite is the sea foam green one and the lavender one.
