Glitter Gal Lemon Fizz and Glitter Gal Water Melon

Today I want to show you two polishes that I really really wanted to like, but I just didn’t. We’re talking about Glitter Gal Lemon Fizz and Glitter Gal Water Melon.

Lemon Fizz looks like a vibrant acid yellow shimmer polish with a strong green/blue flash. Here I’m showing you four coats on its own.

I figured it might look better layered, so I decided to layer it over Maybelline Creme Puffs, which is a pastel creme yellow. The shimmer seems to get quite lost, so sad.

Glitter Gal Watermelon (shown here over Maybelline Coral Glow) is a shimmery, almost metallic looking coral, which applies rather streaky.

I decided to layer it over a less orange polish, so I layered it over nails inc hook street next. I like how that brings out the pink in Water Melon, but I’m still not convinced.
