How I wore it: Dior Rosewood & Lynnderella Boy Girl Party

I’ll openly admit: I have a faible for old stuff. So when I came across a super old Dior nail polish (in the dark blue – light blue – dark blue striped box!!), I was set on buying it. No questions asked, and the price was less than a regular Dior.

Which one, would you ask? Rosewood, a brownish-pinkish nude polish, definitely not in my color comfort zone.

But would you have guessed that this kind of color actually fits me very good? I wouldn’t have. I decided to pair it with some glitter, because that’s what I do, I put glitter on everything. So I opted for lynnderella Boy-Girl Party, a mix of pink, blue, red and purple (among other shades).

I think that Dior is a good fifteen years old, if not older. Rosewood was a standard color, so I couldn’t really find a release date. Maybe one of you has some expert knowledge?

As it was getting colder (these pictures are from autumn, not from summer – I’m slowly moving up through the virtual towers of stacks of pictures), I decided on the onion look. It’s one of my favorites, as it makes me look bigger and therefore makes me feel very comfortable. Who cares for looks anyway, right?
