Welcome to another Sunday Spam, featuring the oh-so-french L’oreal with the accent on the e, which I always forget.
Bananarama Love. I lovelovelove the word Bananarama. It reminds me, for no reason whatsoever, of the song Barbara Ann. The polish is exactly what you see before your eyes: a sheer yellow jelly. Try one coat and your parents will freak out because they’ll think they missed years of you secretly smoking. At three coats, I’m still not very fond of it – even though I adore yellow, it’s my happy color.
Creme de Mint is the green version of Bananarama. It’s sheer, but because the color is darker, it’s easier to build. At three coats I started liking it.
Creme Puffs is a eggshell pastel yellow. Love the color, and the formula was alright, it equaled out after 2 coats & topcoat.
Lacey Lilac had such a bad formula, I must assume I got one from a bad batch. Also, the color is too warm for me to wear, but it is rather cheerful.
Look at me is a lavender metallic polish. It dries to an almost streak-free finish. I find metallics really cool but lavender metallics not so much. This one only needed two coats though, which is pretty good for L’oreal.
New Money is a lime green creme. It was a bit sheer, but I was ok with two coats. I like the color, but I have dupes for it with better formula.
Pistachio Cream is a super cute mint creme polish. I like these kind of colors, but I don’t get to wear them too often. This is on the verge of being a work appropriate mint, so I’ll consider it next (casual) Friday!
Which one do you like best?
